Welcome to Live Life Stress Free!  Living life stress free has become a big part of my life as for many years, I suffered great stress and anxiety that affected every aspect of my life.  It was like a rollercoaster.  Now that I am stress free and anxiety free, happy and healthy, it has become a passion for me to help others who suffer.   

I suffered differing degrees of stress and anxiety over a period of nearly 20 years, from my teens.  Sometimes the my conditions were so bad, that  I went through periods of depression, not being able to function as my mind was so overloaded.  I couldn't remember anything, and couldn't seem to get anything done.  I lived my life in constant fear of things going wrong, with anxiety and panic attacks.  Quite often I only asked for help, when I couldn't cope with life anymore. 

I had high blood pressure, and was gaining weight for no apparent reason.  I had chest pains, a rapid heart beat and I held my breath.

I underwent treatment to help.  I took the medication I was prescribed.  I went to psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy sessions, and I took time off work.  I read many, many self help books around stress, life changing books and spiritual books. 

 Over time, although the traditional route of medication worked to a degree as well as the psychotherapy and cbt sessions, I found that once the treatment was over, I would be fine for a while and then slowly I would slip back again and every time I slipped back the stress and anxiety got worse. 

During my last bout of stress, I found the answer that has worked and it has transformed my life and the lives of others that I now share my plan with.

Now my life is a joy!  I am happy to see every day and achieve so much in my day, without debilitating stress and anxiety.  This change in my life was not a quick fix.  I am conscious that I am a recovered stress-aholic and anxiety sufferer, but by changing my thoughts and actions I have changed my life.  I am able to quickly identify when I am in danger of becoming stressed or when I am in danger of anxiety taking over my life, and act on this immediately by simply stopping and letting go - a technique that is very difficult for stressed people to do - but once mastered life changing.
